Foreign teams have started arriving in the country ahead of Sportpesa Super Cup tournament to be played at Nakuru’s Afraha stadium from Sunday.
Simba FC from Tanzania became the first team to arrive in the country today in the eight team tournament that will take one week in the Nakuru County.
The former Tanzanian champions will open their campaign against Kariobangi Sharks on Sunday at 3:00pm.
Nakuru AllStars ousted the Simba in the inaugural Super Cup last year in Dar Res Salaam in Tanzania through penalty shootout.
Other teams in the tournament include hosts Nakuru AllStars, Gor Mahia, AFC Leopards, Yanga FC, Kakamega Homeboyz, JKU SC and Singida United.
