Fresh from winning the second leg of Safari Tour ahead of 2019 Kenya Open Golf Championships, Greg Snow will be leading other 34 Kenyan professional golfers in this year’s Uganda Open Golf Championships.
Snow, who led in all four rounds to clinch the title will join other golfers from across Africa that has so far attracted 100 set for September 26 to 29 at the Ntebbe Golf Club course in Uganda.
This is the biggest entry from an individual country in the event, which has attracted entries from Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Africa, Botswana and hosts Uganda.
The open marks its 75th anniversary, starts with the ladies section this weekend to be followed by the men’s championship next weekend.
Snow will be joined by other Kenyan golfers that include Mumias’ Dismas Indiza and Sigona’s Sujan Shah, who finished second and third, Sigona’s John Wangai, David Wakhu and Erick Ooko among many others.
