Edoret Youth will this afternoon play with black ribbon on their arms and observe a one minute silence in respect of the sudden death of club’s sponsor Benjamin Kiplimo who died through a road accident.
The Eldoret based club, which lead Division One Zone B table and will be facing off with Transfoc fc at the St. Anthony Boys’ High school grounds.
The black ribbon will be to pay the last respect for the club sponsor who died in a road accident on Thursday night along Eldoret-Nairobi highway.
Limo was the proprietor of the famous Silver Line Group of Hotels in the Eldoret Central Business District.
Eldoret Youth only needs two points from three matches remaining to be promoted to the National Super League (NSL) next season.
The unbeaten Eldoret Youth has accumulated 61 points from 23 matches played, winning 19, drawing 4, netting 42 goals and conceding 9.
Their opponents and hosts Transfoc fc lies third with 21 matches played, won 12, drew 4 and lost 5.
