Eden Agero, Samuel Motari to captain Shujaa, Morans at Safari7s

Eden Agero and Samuel Motari will captain the Shujaa and Morans in the weekends Safari Sevens rugby tournament to be staged at RFUEA Grounds.

The Kenya Harlequins fly-half Agero will be leading Shujaa, the first team at the annual tournament while Motari will lead the second team Morans under the tutelage of Paul Murunga who will be making his first outing for the 7s side ahead of HSBC World sevens series.

With top 7s players like Andrew Amonde, Sammy Oliech among others in the rugby15s who will be playing Repechage to earn a ticket for the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan, the Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) named another team today for the tournament scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.

Agero will be assisted by Homeboyz Michael Wanjala while Motari will be assisted by Eric Ombasa.

Shujaa: Eden Agero, Michael Wanjala, Herman Humwa, Alvin Otieno, Harold Anduvate, Johnstone Olindi, Daniel Taabu, Mark Wandetto, Charles Omondi, Dennis Ombachi, Cyprian Kuto and Leonard Mugaisi.

Morans: Samuel Motari, Brian Wahinya,Eliakim Kichoi, Timothy Mmasi, Brian Wandera, Mark Kwemoi, Gregory Ochieng, Shaddon Munoko, Paul Mutsami, Ronnie Omondi, Vincent Onyala and Eric Ombasa
