Tusker, KCB all a goalless draws

As the biggest of the weekend, Tusker and Ulinzi Stars settled for a barren draw in the KPL match played at Nakuru’s Afraha Stadium.

At Machakos stadium, Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) played out to a one-all draw by visiting Vihiga United.

Shami Kibwana scored the opener for KCB with just seven minutes into the match before Steven Wakhanya cancelled out in the 32nd minutes as the bankers ended the match with 10 men Gabriel Mugabo was sent off for a second bookable offence.

After losing their first match last weekend, Western Stima played to a two-all draw against Nzoia Sugar at Moi stadium, Kisumu.

The Stima now moves to third position behind league leaders Mathare United and Bandari fc with 15 points.

Vincent Odongo scored first for Stima as Stephen Etiyang equaled for Sugar millers goalkeeper Samuel Odhiambo converted a penalty for Stima to take another lead that was cut short by Jackson Ojwang from the spot.
