Kenya picked five points at the concluded HSBC world rugby sevens series in Hong Kong totalling to 23 ahead of Singapore sevens next weekend.

The Paul Murunga charges went down 21-12 against Japan in the Challenge Trophy semi-final with such results T Shujaa picked up five points that brings their total to 23 points.

Earlier, the team had beaten Canada 19-0, the only win in main cup pool C to qualify for Challenge Trophy semi final and also secure their first win of the competition.
