Mary Njoroge will be on the touchline at the ongoing FIFA Women’s World Cup at Roazhon Park in France.
The Kenyan Njoroge will be the manning the Japan against Scotland tomorrow in her first competition as she becomes the second in the list of Kenyan match officials to have officiated at a FIFA World Cup.
She will serve as the first assistant referee with Ethiopia’s Lidya Tafesse Abebe as the center referee.
Others will be Mauritian Quuency Victoire serving as the second assistant referee then Zambian Gladys Lengwe has been appointed the fourth official.
Princess Brown, from Jamaica will be the fifth official and Italian Massimiliano Irrati the Video Assistant Referee (VAR).
Canadian Drew Fischer will be the first VAR and Ukrainian Oleksandra Ardaševa the second.
