Three time world half marathon champion Geoffrey Kamworor will be the key highlight for this year’s Copenhagen Half marathon race set for September 19th in Denmark.
Kamworor, who won bronze in the 2019 World cross country title will be competing on a course that he won his first half marathon in 2014, before he defended his title in 2016 in Cardiff and 2018 in Valencia.
On its official twitter account, Copenhagen @cphhalf announced that the former New York marathon champion will be competing.
It wrote: “We are happy to announce three-time world champion @GKamworor for CPH half 19 September. We look forward to welcoming you back in Denmark.”
