Leopards, Sharks match moved to Kasarani

Nyayo stadium will not host the match awaited Kenya Premier League (KPL) match this weekend.

The 30,000 capacity seater was to host AFC Leopards against Kariobangi Sharks but the match has been moved to Kasarani.

Nyayo Stadium was closed two years ago due to renovations so that the facility can host the 2018 Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) that fauled to meet the dateline to host the championships.

Leopards will be hosting the match after losing the opener to kakamega Homeboyz with a solitary goal while Sharks has on point following their 2-2 draw with Western Stima.

Reigning champions Gor Mahia, who thrashed Tusker 5-2 will be hosted by Chemelil who lost 3-1 to Zoo Kericho.

Returnees Wazito travels to Western Stima who drew one all with Nzoia Sugar as Nzoia hosts Sony Sugar in a sugar derby.
