Kenya Lionesses, the national rugby women’s team is set to jet back on Tuesday following their Olympic Games qualifier at Africa Rugby sevens tournament in Tunisia.
Kenya sealed a ticket for the 2020 Olympics Games set for Tokyo, Japan after finishing second at the continental show, losing to South Africa 15-14.
The Felix Oloo charges will be competing in the Olympics for the second time. The first time they qualified was in 2016 in Brazil where they finished 11th winning one match out of five beating Colombia 22-10.
Lionesses have also qualified for HSBC World Sevens Series qualification tournament that will run concurrently with Hong Kong 7s in April 2020.
