Makokha to lead amateurs as Safari Tour tees off at Vet Lab

Fresh from winning the Kenya Amateur Match-play title, Vet Lab’s golfer Isaac Makokha will be leading other amateurs at the third leg of Safari Tour series on par 72 Vet Lab Sports Club.

Already qualified for Magical Kenya Open, the only Kenyan deaf golfer will be in action with Naomi Wafula and Celestine Nsanzuwera as the only amateurs on the four day 72 hole battle.

The professional golfers will be using the event as part of their qualifiers for the Kenya Open to be held on par 72 Karen Golf club in March 2021.

In the last two events, Zimbabwe’s Robson Chinhoi won the Royal show while Greg Snow was the winner at Limuru a week ago.
