Sandhu relegate Balala in the Amateur Stroke play

Taking advantage of his home course, Jay Sandhu retained is top position in the penultimate of the Kenya Amateur Stroke play championships, the Kenya Amateur Golf championship series on par 72 Royal golf club.

Sandhu fired one under 71 for a total of two over par 218 to take the lead ahead of tomorrow’s final round.

He edged out round two leader Adel Balala from Nyali by five shots to retain his top position he managed in round one with level par.

Muthaiga based Mutahi took the second position with 7 over 223 and Balala ending the podium with eight over 224.

The winner of the 36 hole four day tournament will earn a direct ticket to the 2021 Magical Kenya Open Championships at Karen.
