Kenyan football clubs are mourning the death of Ghana’s striker Stephen Owusu.
The Ghanian international played for Tusker FC, Wazito FC, and Nairobi Stima.
In the Ghana media reported that Owusu died on Thursday after a long battle with illness.
Owusu is best remembered for guiding the Brewers to a league and cup double in 2016 despite being used as back-up to Allan Wanga.
Wazito, on their twitter handle mourned Ousu, saying “”Owusu was a committed and hard working player during his time at the club and his demise is a massive blow not only to his family but also to the football community at large,”
