DAAK sets championships dates

Kenya will be hosting the Deaf marathon championships ahead of the 7th edition of Deaf Half Marathon set for December 6th.

Deaf Athletics Association of Kenya (DAAK) will be hosting the national qualifiers after they were postponed due to Coronavirus pandemic after it had been set for April 26 in Nakuru, rescheduked for May 29-30 at Kasarani but the same happened.

Notable runner include Daniel Kiptum (71:16) Juster Moraa Kwamesa who timed 1:42:01, John Kiplangat, a gold medallst in 1500m in the 2017 Deaflympics in Turkey.
