Paul Muchangi and Daniel Nduva will face with in the Kenya Amateur Match, which is part of the Kenya Amateur Golf Championships (KAGC) Play final on par 72 Thika Greens Golf Resort.
Limuru based golfer, Muchangi won against his club mate John karichu in the morning in the play off before finishing off with junior Mutahi Kibugu from Muthaiga.
With his focus to play at the 2019 Kenya Open Golf championships, Muchangi was optimistic that this is his year on destiny.
“My target is to win the title and play at Kenya Open, which has always been my dream. Come next year, the dream will be true at Kenya Open,” said Muchangi.
His competitor Nduva from Nyali, who is the reigning Kenya Strokeplay champion, won against reigning KAGC champion Edwin Mudanyi from Vet lab in quarter final before ousting another Vet lab golfer Mike Kisia, who two weeks ago won the Coronation Trophy in Nakuru.
