Leopards, KCB, Homeboyz earn maximum points

Former Kenya premier League champions AFC Leopards, KCB FC and Kakamega Homeboyz grabbed three points in today’s matches.

Leopards defeated Kariobangi Sharks 2-0 in a thrilling match at the Kasarani Annex.

Elvis Rupia and Jaffery Owiti netted for Ingwe to seal the victory to move up 4th in the standing with 15 points.

Rupia scored first in the 12th minute before Owiti, who came off the bench double in the score in the 72nd minute.

Leaders KCB registered a convincing 3-1 victory over Western Stima in another match.

Simon Abuko gave the bankers the lead when he converted the penalty before Henry Onyango and Victor Omondi scored to seal the victory Kennedy Otieno scored a consolation for the power men.

At the Bukhungu stadium in Kakamega, hosts Kakamega Homeboyz grabbed only their second win of the season after edging Bidco United 2-0 with goals from Ali Bhai and Moses Mudavadi.
