Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) and Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) leads the Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) League after round one of matches played last month in the parts of the country.
KPA lead men’s table on 9 points while KPC are women leaders.
The mailmen won all their opening matches in Momvasa to take the lead with nine points, two better than General Service Unit (GSU) while KPC won all their matches in Mombasa too.
The lead is good for KPA who are preparing for next month’s FIBA Africa Women’s Club Championships slated for Cairo, Egypt.
KPA entered two teams for the pre-season event, one comprising the youth and the other boosting experienced players with new the recruits carrying the day with 40-38 win.
