Kenya lose to Cameroon, seek redemption against DRC at Africa women handball

Kenya will be facing off with Democratic Republic of Congo in their second match at the ongoing African Nations Cup Championship at the Palais des Sport Complex in Yaounde, Cameroon on Thursday.

After losing the opener to hosts Cameroon on Tuesday night the national women’s handball team will be seeking redemption against DRC on Thursday evening in second pool B match.

The Jack Ochieng coached side lost 40-16 to Cameroon as they seek first win against DRC who defeated Nigeria 35-16 in the first match.

Kenya, which is making its maiden appearance in the biennial competition, will then lock horns with Nigeria in their last pool match on Friday.
