Kapaito, the best in Kenya Premier league

Eric Kapaito has been named the 2020/2021 Kenyan Premier League Most Valuable Player (MVP) during the Gala Awards held on Tuesday evening.

The Kariobangi Sharks striker also won the ‘Golden Boot’ when he scored 24 goals in the completed top tier league.

Kapaito is quick to point out that a lot of determination and hard work has gone into showering his flower to blossom.

So lethal has Kapaito been this season that a good number of Kenyan goalkeepers had to contend with goosebumps at the slightest mention of his name.

In other awards, Tusker FC and Harambee Stars centre back Eugene Asike won the defender of the year award.
