Kenya, which lost to the Mike Friday’s USA in pool match went on to beat them 29-0 in the fifth-place semis to book for Great Britain who beat Ireland 24-19.
Jeff Oluoch touched down for the opening try for Shujaa as Johnstone Olindi doubled the score for a 12-0 lead into water break.
On resumption, Alvin Otieno scored the third try for a 19-0 lead and Omondi made his try for 24-0 before touching down for a brace for a 29-0 win.
