Gor hire Andreas Spier

Multiple Kenya premier League champions Gor mahia have appointed Andreas Spier as the new head coach at the club.

Just a day after firing Mark Harrison and appointing Paul Nkata, Gor chairman Ambrose Rachel today announced that Spier as the new coach and will be assisted by former Atlabara tactician Michael Nam who replaces Youth team coach Jared Odongo.

Spier once coached Rwandan side Armée Patriotique Rwandaise Football Club (APR) and Rwandan women’s national team, before making his way to APR’s senior team.

He was also hired by Football Kenya Federation as the Technical Director for harambee Stars, replacing Jacob ‘Ghost’ Mulee.

Nam returns to Kenya after coaching former Kenyan League side Sher Karuturi.
