Lionesses to face Uganda and Zambia in World Cup and Commonwealth qualifiers

Kenya women rugby team Kenya Lionesses will be battling out with Uganda and Zambia at the World Cup Sevens as well as Commonwealth Games qualifiers.

The Jemmal tournament in Tunisia this month will be chance for Kenyan side where they will battle in pool B at the championships with Lionesses chasing both the slots.

South Africa lead pool A that has Zimbabwe and Senegal while Madagascar, Tunisia and Ghana will compete in Pool ‘C’

The winner of the qualifier will grace both events while the runners-up will get a ticket to the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
