Nalyanya provisionally suspended for Norandrosterone positive test

Reigning Commonwealth Games 800m bronze medalist Eglay Nafula Nalianya has been suspended for violating anti-doping rules.

The two time Outer Banks (OBX) half marathon champion was today provisionally suspended Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) for the presence of prohibited substance Norandrosterone for the 800m runner, who has also won various road races especially in the USA said she has started the journey of competing in 1,500m.

The constable attached to Ruaraka Traffic Headquarters also double victory winner of Atlantic City 10km road race.

The alumnus of Webuye DEB and Chwele Girls High School, was part of team Kenya at the World Athletics Indoor Championships that were held in Belgrade, Serbia, but she did not participate in the event due to tests that were carried on her which returned traces of bolandione, but the report was never released.
