Kenya Prison end KPA’s unbeaten run as Kenya Volleyball league continues at Nyayo

Former champions Kenya Prison ended the unbeaten run for Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) at the ongoing Kenya Volleyball federation (KVF) league at the Nyayo stadium.

Kenya Prison defeated KPA in straight sets of 25-20, 25-19 and 25-20). Despite the loss, KPA still tops the table with 34 points from 13 matches while the winners, who last won the title in 2016 moved to third position on 26 points from 11 matches, three points behind reigning champions General Service Unit(GSU) in second.

Yesterday, KPA shocked champions GSU with the fight for top four positions continues for play-offs qualification.

In other matches, Administration of Police of Kenya were 3-1 (23-25, 25-22, 25-17 and 25-22) against Central Prisons, Equity Bank beat Kenya Army 3-0 (25-17, 34-32, 25-21).
