The Oilers won their maiden title after beating Homeboyz 5-10.
Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) were bronze winners with a 17-05 beating of Kenyatta University Blak Blad while Masinde Muliro University of Science and technology thrashed Strathmore Leos 33-10 to lift the plate.
