Ugandan William Oloya will officiate the CAF Confederations Cup playoff between hosts Gor Mahia and NAPSA on Sunday at the Kasarani stadium.
CAF appointed the Oloya as the Centre Referee for Kenyan champions Gor Zambia’s NAPSA. Oloya will be assisted by compatriots Lee Okello (First Assistant Referee), Isa Masembe (Second Assistant Referee), and Chelanget Ali Sabila (Fourth Official).
Rwanda’s Alexis Redamptus Nshimiyimana will serve as the Match Commissioner while Wycliffe Makanga, who doubles up as the Harambee Stars’ Team Doctor, will serve as the Covid-19 Officer.
