Timothy Ouma has quit Nairobi City Stars and joined Swedish top flight soccer team IF Elfsborg on a four year contract.
Popularly called Babu, Ouma joins the team that Joseph Okumu played for years ago before joining Belgium side Genk.
The man who turned up for national team Harambee Stars under Engin Firat against Rwanda and Uganda in the AFCON qualifiers will wear jersey 16 at his club.
Elfsborg have had a tough season and are currently placed 10th in the 16-team top tier, having failed to win in the last five matches with four consecutive draws.
