Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) has provisionally suspended two Kenyan athletes for violating anti-doping rules.
Today, Ibrahim Mukunga Wachira and Kenneth Kiprop Renju were suspended after testing positive for use of prohibited substance Norandrosterone as national 10,000m champion Renju used Methasterone
Renju has had a good year, by won Lille 10km, Prague Half Marathon, and Lisbon Half Marathon on May 22 in Portugal.
Renju also finished third at the Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) Half Marathon.
The suspension comes hours after AIU had banned former Boston Marathon champion Diana Kipyokei and Betty Wilson Lempus.
Others include Mark Kangogo and Philemon Kacheran.
