Former champions AFC Leopards, 2009 champions Sofapaka and Bandari played out to a draw in their opening Kenya Premier League matches played across the country.
At the Ulinzi Sports Complex, Leopards played to a 1-1 draw while Bandari were held to a barren draw against Kariobangi Sharks.
Sofapaka scored first through Djafari Satala in the 5th minute for a 1-0 lead but Boniface Munyendo level for Leopards in the 17th minute as the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
At the Kasarani Annex, Sharks managed to contain the visiting Bandari FC to a 0-0 draw.
With the first matches of the league, KCB remains the only winner after beating former champions Tusker 2-0 at the Moi Sports Centre, Kasarani yesterday.
