Reigning Africa Games tennis champion Angella Okutoyi defeated Martina Colmegna to win the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Women’s World Tour title during today’s final at the Parklands Sports Club.
The Kenyan progidy Okutoyi beat Italian Colmegna in 6-3, 3-6 and 6-3 in partisan cheering spectator.
