World 10km record holder Agnes Jebet Ngetich successfully retained Kenya’s 10km women gold at the world cross country championships in Tallahessee in Florida, USA.
Ngetich won the title to continue Kenyas dominance in the race for three editions after Beatrice Chebet winning two gold medals in a row.
she won the title in 31:28 ahead of Ugandan Joy Cheptoyek 32:10 and Ethiopian Senayet Getachew coming third in 32:13.
