Nyali golfer Adel Balala has taken an early lead at the Kenya Amateur Strokeplay Championships, the Kenya Amateur Golf Championships (KAGC) sries that teed off today at the par 73 Nakuru golf club.
Balala, currently sitting second in the second position in the KAGC standing fired four under par 69 in round one in the 72 hole championships with the winner earning a direct ticket for the 2022 Magical Kenya Open Golf championships to be staged at Karen club.
Balala has taken a one shot lead against Kenya Railways and Kenya Amateur Matcplay champion John Lejirma and Ugandan Joseph Cwinyaal.
