Champions Costa Blanca Barbarians and Kenya Lionesses are favourite in this year’s Safari 7s women category set to kick off tomorrow at the Nyayo National stadium in Nairobi, Kenya.
The three day tournament that begins on October 10th to 12th has attracted eight women teams with champions barbarians from Spain and Kenya’s Lionesses leading pools A and B respectively.
After winning the title on their debut last year, Barbarians leads pool A alongside Shogun Ladies, Kenya Cubs and Mwamba Select
Last year finalists Lionesses are in pool B will take on Uganda, the 2023 champions, Belgium and Tunisia.
