Kenya Premier League (KPL) champions Gor Mahia was bundled out of the CAF Champions League after losing to their hosts Lobi Stars in Nigeria today.
The 17 time domestic league champions went down 2-0, failing to capitalize on 3-1 they won at Moi Sports Centre, Kasarani last weekend.
After drawing 3-3 on aggregate, Gor mahia eventually crashing out on away goals rule after the teams as Nigerians benefitted from the valuable away goal they scored at Kasarani Stadium to lock out Gor Mahia.
The Hassan Oktay’s charges have now been relegated to the second tier Caf Confederation Cup play-offs ahead of the December 28th draw by Caf.
