Kenyans Hosea Tuwei and Rholex Jelimo were the winners of yesterday’s 3-Lander marathon, a race that cuts across three nations of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
It was an all Kenyan affair when the race started off at Lake Constance in Lindau, Germany, running through Switzerland and completing at the at the Bregenz in Austria.
In men, Tuwei won the title in 2:12:39 followed by Italian Freedom Amaniel in 2:17:50 with Kenyan Elvis Tabarac completing the podium at 2:18:14.
In women, Kenyan Jelimo won the title in 2:34:40 relegating Moroccan Rabea Schoneborn to second in 2:36:49 and Germany Marlene Windisch at 2:53:10.
