Eldoret Falcons FC had a sweet revenge against their visitors Palos Ladies in the Kenya women Premier League played on Sunday at Kipchoge Keino stadium.
Prolific strikers Diana Shakava and Susan Etisi were o the score for the home side who dominated the match from he first whistle to the last one.
With just twelve minutes into the match, Shakava’s name was on the score sheet to give her side a lead, leaving their visitors in a confused state.
But the home girls, who were nursing te wounds following a 2-0 loss to Vihiga Queens last weekend, controlled both defence and midfield better as a way of revenging the first leg meeting in Kisumu where they lost 2-1.
On 28th minute, Etisi sealed the victory on home soil to collect maximum points in the Zone B side.
Head coach Joshua Ariko was happy lot a the team has regained and redeemed its image.
“When we are composed we play better football and time has come for us to to do so. With no injury worries, w have all we need to win,” said Ariko after the match.
