National Super League (NSL) leaders Ushuru FC will travel to Karuturi Sports Club to face Nairobi Stima in today’s match as Kisumu AllStars striker Dennis Ochieng Oalo tops score chart.
Ushuru, who have missed to clime to Kenya Premier league (KPL) for two season in a row, leads the second tier league with 25 points from nine matches, heading into the tenth fixture today.
There will be five matches today and five tomorrow in various fields in the title chase ahead of promotion into the top flight football.
Ushuru has won eight out of nine matches, drawing one, remaining the only team that remains unbeaten.
Second placed Wazito fc with 21 points, who were demoted from KPL will travel to Mombasa’s Mbaraki stadium to face Coast Stima while third placed FC Talanta on 21 points host Administration Police.
Elsewhere, Dennis Ochieng Oalo tops the scorers chart with 7 goals, two from penalties. The Kisumu AllStars striker will be leading his side against Shabana fc in Saturday’s NSL match at Kisumu stadium.
He leads Martin Mutua of Administration Police who has netted six goal while Emmanuel Onyango of Bidco United ends top three with five goals.
