The Magical Kenya Open golf tournament will tee off tomorrow with Pro-Am tournament at the par 71 Muthaiga Golf club ahead of Thursday’s main event.
Today, the organizers released the draw with Kenya’s pro Greg Snow and Njoroge Kibugu getting to the tee first at 7:00am on the first and tenth tees respectively.
Snow will be up in the 1st tee alongside amateurs H. Musili, W. Korir and P. Hellen while Kibugu will be on the 10th tee alongside A.J Mwangi, E. Olweny and E. Muriuki.
With the main tournament set to start on Thursday morning will run until Sunday afternoon with Kenyans hoping to make the cut into the prize money.
At the same time, 13 Kenyans, both professionals and amateurs will be competing in the tournament with a total of 150 golfers from 30 nations are set to compete.
Meanwhile, Kenya Tourism Board (KTB) has enhanced the country’s global tourism appeal, treating top foreign to a Safari at the Nairobi National Park, as part of efforts to highlight the country’s unique wildlife and scenic attractions ahead of the weekend tournament.
Brandon Wu from the United States, who was among the golfers on an early morning game drive at Nairobi National Park, described the experience as truly unforgettable.
