The reigning Istanbul half marathon champion Panuel Mkungo will be leading a Kenyan contingent in chasing the half marathon title at the ongoing Africa Games in Accra, Ghana.
The Friday event will see Mkungo, the Philadelphia half marathon champion take on Ethiopians, Ugandans, Moroccans and South Africans for the title.
