Nzoia beat 3K to go top after NSL round one

Former Kenya Premier League champions Nzoia Sugar have taken an early lead after round one of National Super league, the second top tier football league.

At the same time, two matches were postponed due to the court case. The match between Darajani Gogo vs newly promoted Soy United  and Compel against Kisumu AllStars were pushed forward.

The Bungoma based club defeated 3K FC 2-1 yesterday to take to the top of the table with three points after substitute Felix Seda came off the bench to score a brace at the Sudi stadium with Kadonna scoring a consolation for the visiting 3K.

As the first match of the league, it was a great for Charles Odero coached side with first win of the season against Embu based Francis Chege coached side.

In other matches, Mombasa United were 1-0 winners against Mully Children family (MCF), Naivas with similar score against Fortune Sacco, with Kabati Youth playing to a 1–1 draw against Vihiga United, same as Luanda Villa with SamWest Blackboots.
