Less than a year after completing his secondary School education, Reagan Otieno will lead fellow players ahead of the African nations Volleyball Championships set for next week in Cairo, Egypt.
Yesterday, the Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) announced a 16 member travelling squad, the National Under-20 Men’s Volleyball Team who will continue training at the Nyayo National stadium.
Coached by Luke Makuto and his technical staff, the provisional squad has been trimmed from 22 to 16 players. The final squad of 12 athletes who will travel to Cairo will be confirmed tomorrow.
Otieno, who captained Namwela Boys to win both national and East Africa title has joined the Kenya Prisons team
