Scrabble Players will be descending to Busia Town for the Western Zone in the Scrabble Kenya National Tournament this weekend at Farm View Hotel.
The two day event that starts on 7th to 8th is set to attract some players from Uganda, who have enjoyed Kenyan soil.

It will also provide the youth and our Premier players to practice for the Youth Cup and WESPAC respectively. Those playing the Interbanks and CASA games will also have an opportunity to play before their annual sports fests.” said Amuke, the Scrabble Kenya chairman.
18 games will be played over the 2 days in the Intermediate and Premier divisions while 16 games will be played in the Open.
Eric Wamalwa , who is the host of this tournament had this to say “I take this opportunity to welcome you all to the picturesque border town of Busia. May the Q be with U”
