Kenya sevens team Shujaa lost to South Africa during the HSBC World Rugby Sevens series opener in Vancouver, Canada.
Kenya, which lost to South Africa in pool A match failed to set a revenge at the finals when they lost 38-05 to Blitzboks after a the champions led 24-0 at the water break.
Angelo Davids landed s brace of tries for the Blitzboks in the first half alongside Sakoyisa Makata and Ronald Brown, as Dewald Human and Ronald Brown managed a conversion each for their half time lead.

Then Christine Grobbelaar crossed the line with Human adding the extras as Blitzboks stretched their lead to 31-0 before Daniel Taabu touched down for unconverted try for 31-5.
The Innocent Simiyu coached side reached the finals after beating Ireland at the semis and the USA in quarterfinals.
Kenya collected 18 points from Vancouver with Taabu receiving Impact Player of the tournament.
