FORMER Kenya Premier league champions Sofapaka are set to unveil their new head coach and assistant coach following the elevation of David Ouma ahead of the new season.
On Tuesday, the baba ba Mungu announced that they will unveil the head coach on Wednesday morning after ouma was elevated to Sporting Director.
Ouma who took on the same position back in 2021 upon his return to the Elly Kalekwa owned side. At the time, he was also appointed as the assistant coach to Kennedy Odhiambo
The former Harambee Starlets boss would then go on to replace Odhiambo in March 2022 on an interim basis before being made permanent till his latest appointment.
Last season, the team finished in tenth place under the stewardship of the Dutch trained gaffer who has also served as the club’s head coach between 2012-2014.
