Former Premier League champions Sofapaka won their 4th FKF Premier league match to climb into the 9th position.
In a match played at the Kasarani Annex, Sofapaka beat bottom of the table side Zoo Kericho 2-0 with goals from former Gor Mahia player Lawrence Juma and Kepha Aswani.
Juma was on target in the 8th minute before Aswani doubling in the 28th minute to seal the victory.
Following the win, Sofapaka has accumulated 14 points from 10 matches, winning four, drawing two, losing four, scoring 14 goals and conceding 13.
Their opponents Zoo, who remain rooted at the bottom, has accumulated two points from eight matches, without a win, drawing two, losing six, scoring 4 goals and conceding 15.
