It is a bad day for rugby lovers, players and the management as they mourn the death Felix Ouma today.
Popularly called Chano, the Strathmore Leos player died today as the club described him as the best player.
Leos confirmed hiss passing on the official X saying that he was a a brother, teammate and fan favourite whose impact went beyond the pitch. The cause of death was not disclosed by the club.
“Gone too soon. We mourn the passing of our brother, teammate and fan favorite, Felix Ouma ‘Chano’. A leader, a fighter, and a joy to be around, loved by all who knew him. Rest easy, Chano. Forever a Leo XXVII,” read the twit.
Before turning up for Leos, he initially played for Kakamega School, Laiser Hill and Later Homeboyz before joining Strathmore.
His last assignment was when he played for the club in Kenya Cup clash against KCB Rugby.
