Tele lead Kenyans at Roma-Ostia half-marathon podium sweep

Kenyan Joyce Tele led Kenyans to sweep the podium at the Roma-Ostia half-marathon ran on Sunday in Italy.

Tele won the race in 66:35 leading compatriots Betty Kibet Chepkemoi to second in 66:37 as Gloria Kite completed the podium in 67:54 for an all Kenyan podium finish.

In men, Maxwell Mathaga was third in 60:17 behind the champion Adisa Adera (59:54) of Ethiopia while home boy Daniele Meucci was second in 60:11.
