Three peat Ebenyo as Jepkoech reign supreme at national cross country championships

The 2023 world 10,000m and half marathon silver medalist Daniel Ebenyo successfully defended the Athletics Kenya National Cross Country Championships title held today at the Eldoret Sports Club.

Representing National Police Service, Ebenyo, the 10,000m Commonwealth Games silver won the title in 30:11.1 ahead of Kevin Chesang Chesergon of Central Rift, after clocking 30:12.0 with Denis Kipkoech kemboi of South Rift completing the podium at 30:13.0.

Maurine Jepkoech chebor wins the 10km senior women at the National cross country championships at the Eldoret Sports Club

The world Road Running bronze medalist, who won the 2024 edition held in Ruiru, successfully defended the 2025 edition at the Eldoret Sports Club, the course and ensured he wins for the third time on the same course today.

Maurine Jepkoech Chebor won the women title in 34:16.4 followed by Brenda Jepchumba 34:19.8 and Glorius Jepkirui of Central Rift at 34:26.8
