Ugandan Deo Akope fired one under par 71 in the last round to win the Safari Tour golf series in the journey for 2022 Magical Kenya open on par 72 Nyali Golf club today.
After leading from round three on Tuesday, Akope managed two under par 282 in the four days with three over 75 in the first round, followed by back to back -4 in the second and third round and completed with one under to lead series leader Dismas Indiza and Simon Ngige who all tied in second after losing to the winner with two shots 284.
