Kenya Women Premier League champions Vihiga Queens will be facing off with Tanzanian JKT Queens, Rwandese AS Kigali and New Generation FC at the 2023 CAF Women’s Champions League regional qualifiers.
Vihiga leads pool B that will be staged at the MTN Omondi Stadium in Kampala, Uganda for the CECAFA Zonal Qualifiers set to run from August 12th to 30th.
Vihiga Queens will be returning to the continental championships for the second time and the qualifiers.
Queens will begin the qualifiers against AS Kigali then on 19th they play JKT Queens and end the pool matches against New Generation.
Pool A: Kampala Queens (Uganda), C.B.E FC (Ethiopia), F.A.D FC (Djibouti), Buja Queens (Burundi), and Yei Joints FC (South Sudan)
Pool B: Vihiga Queens (Kenya), JKT Queens (Tanzania), AS Kigali (Rwanda), New Generation FC (Zanzibar)
